I was contacted by young guy stating that while on the beach the day before his girlfriend had lost her high school class ring. They were getting ready to go. surfing and when getting changed she had put the ring for fear of losing it in the water in her jeans pocket. Well after sometime in the water and ready to pack up for the day and change back into their clothes she had picked the jeans up and the ring had fallen out somewhere in the sand. He gave me a good description as to where they were sitting and after about 20 minutes I recovered the ring with my White’s Beach hunter id metal detector! I called him and told him I found it and within minutes he arrived with a smile on his face as I held the ring up in the air for him to see. His girlfriend was unaware of him contacting me for help and he couldn’t wait to surprise her with her ring. Another great day! Another great recovery!
