LOST ENGAGEMENT RING ON BEACH IN MARGATE,NJ RECOVERED BY NJ LOST RING FINDER ED CROPSKI

I was contacted by a young girl who had lost her engagement ring in the ocean while swimming 5 days earlier. Although she had posted it on Craigslist and others had gone out and searched for it her ring was still lost somewhere in the surf. After speaking with her and getting a description of the area where she lost it I told her I would go out that night to see what I can do? 5 days of being tossed around in the water, buried in the sand or possibly found by someone else metal detecting I wasn’t sure it be a successful hunt but you never know until you look. Arriving at the beach that night at low tide I started searching the area in front of the life guard stands in the wet sand. After about 30 minutes and digging a few coins I got a nice signal from my White’s metal detector scooped up the sand and as the water washed through the scoop I could see her ring laying in the bottom! I immediately took a picture and sent it to her and was right away granted with a very excited young lady who had been praying for my success in recovering her very special ring. We agreed to meet the following week on that beach on her birthday for the return. Happy birthday! Congratulations Jenny! Another great recovery!
