I received a call from Mike last night explaining that he had lost his platinum wedding band on beach. He took it off to put sunscreen on sitting it on his lap and forgot it when he got up to go swimming and it disappeared into the sand. I was busy picking family up at the airport at the time when he called so we agreed to meet first thing in the morning at 5:45 before the beach screener tractor came by possibly moving or burying the ring. Mike had taken good notes as to his location on the beach and marked it out so even though when I arrived in the morning it was still dark out we were able to be in the right area. I marked the area out with 4 blinking glow sticks and began my grid search of the 20 x 20 area and about 15 minutes in to the search my White’s Beach Hunter id responded with the signal I was looking for and Mikes ring was in my scoop! Another very relieved and happy customer! The beginning of another great day!
