I received a call from a from a guy who while playing volleyball had lost his wedding ring and was hoping that I could find it as he had just gotten married last November and was pretty upset having to tell his wife he had lost his ring. He told me that as he jumped up and hit the ball that his friend had seen something fly out of his hand. Immediately he looked at his hand and realized that it was his ring. The good thing was that he knew the general direction that the ring had gone. He showed me the area on the side of the net where he was and was confident that it landed on that same side. After searching the area and still no ring I started wondering onto the other side and said he really doesn’t think it went that far but I continued to search there based on my own experience with recoveries. After about 10 more minutes I got a nice signal from my Whites V3i metal detector, looked down in the grass and there was the ring slightly hidden in the grass. I reached down and held it up in the air and said there it is! He was amazed that it had traveled so far and very happy to have it back on his hand before his wife found out Lol! Another happy customer! Another great day!
