Entering the summer season here on Memorial Day weekend and the crowds begin to flock to the beach. Bringing the calls for help for finding their lost jewelry on the beach or in the water.
I received this call on my way home from work from a gentleman asking for my help as his wife had lost her wedding rings on the beach in Stone Harbor, NJ earlier that day. He explained that she had taken them off to apply sunscreen and laid them on the beach towel and forgot them when they went to leave for the day losing them in the sand. Fortunately they quickly remembered took note of the area they were sitting and marked off the area by counting the posts for the sand dune fence and landmarks. I arrived at the beach with my White’s TDI metal detector and started a grid pattern in the area and after few minutes had the first ring in my scoop! The husband was amazed and as I took a couple steps got another signal and had the second ring in the scoop and I could see the instant relief on his face. After only 15 minutes of searching all of his worries were over and he couldn’t wait to tell his wife and go back to enjoying his family vacation. The feeling of bringing relief and happiness back to people that thought their cherished items were lost forever never gets old, I love it! Another happy customer!
