Recovery #491

Dennis Burlingame

Got a text from fellow Ring Finder Matty St Germain asking if I could go to Asbury for a recovery. I called David and told them I'd be right there. David and his wife and child were enjoying the day when his wife took off her rings and put them in the cup holder of the chair. Not knowing they were there David closed the chair and when they left the beach his wife asked if he had the rings. That's when he found Matty. After looking for only 5 minutes I found her rings for them. Another great recovery.

Recovery# 490

Dennis Burlingame

Got a message from fellow Ring Finder Matty St Germain asking if I could run to Belmar to find a lost wedding band that Max lost. I called Max but he had already left the beach. He told me he was playing volleyball with his friends and had put his ring in the cup holder on his chair, but his friends didn't know and had folded up the chair to leave. Them plus others from the beach tried to find it but had no luck. He sent me information from Google maps to show me where to lookand with luck after 2 minutes I happened upon the ring. I drove to him at Deal to return his ring and get him out of the dog house. Didn't get a picture of Max when I returned the ring but he was very happy to get it back.

Recovery# 489

Dennis Burlingame

Got a text from fellow Ring Finder, Matty St Germain asking if I could go help find a bracelet at Long Branch beach seeing he was at work. Told him I would and called the girl to make arrangements to meet. I met Siya at the beach with her friends and she told me she was running towards the water when she felt her bracelet come off her wrist and flew off into the sand. I worked the area she thought it might be in but with no luck, so I worked more towards the water line and in my 3rd pass I got a nice target signal and out popped her bracelet from the sand. The smile and look on her face was enough satisfaction for me. Another great recovery.
