Recovery #503

Matty St.Germain

732-581-0285

I received a call from Rich in Holgate, LBI a few days ago. His sons girlfriend had lost her smart ring. They searched for quite a while but could not locate it. I made plans to meet Rich but mother nature was not cooperating. I wound up waiting for 3hrs for a thunderstorm system to pass before I could walk out to the beach. Once I was able to, I found the ring in about 30 seconds! Another success!

Recovery #502.

Dennis Burlingame

Got a text from fellow Ring Finder Matty St Germain to see if I could go to Sea Bright for a recovery. He sent me Andy's number and I called. Told him id be there in 30 minutes. When I got to the beach club he was at he met me out front. We walked down to where he was sitting. Luckily he stuck 2 sticks in the sand to mark the spot. Seems he put his wedding band, which was his father's in the cup holder on the beach chair for safe keeping and forgot it was there, folded the chair to leave and lost his ring in the sand. I made a pass in the area, nothing. Started my 2nd pass and got to the sticks he planted on the sand and finally got a good signal. Dug some sand with my scoop, nothing. Dug a 2nd scoop full still nothing. Hole was getting deeper and I was beginning to think it wasn't the ring but something lost longer ago. Then Andy mentioned he had Dug holes with his feet while sitting and covered them up when leaving. So I dug 1 more scoop and sure enough there was his father's wedding band in the bottom of my scoop. He was so happy to get his beloved ring back on his hand. A great recovery and happy ending.

Recovery #501

By Ringfinder Jeffrey Laag

Lost a ring or valuable?

Dont wait, CALL NOW! 609-780-4525

I received a message from Genevieve Sunday afternoon as a forward from fellow ringfinder & The Ring Finders New Jersey site moderator Matty StGermain. Genevieve explained that she had lost her wedding ring in the sand while at the beach with her family. She had placed her ring in the cupholder of her beach chair to apply sunscreen. Later, her husband folded and relocated their belongings as the tide was moving. He had no idea that his wifes ring was in the chair when he folded the chair and once folded the ring disappeared into the sand. After the couple realized what had happened they began frantically searching for the ring. Other beach goers saw them searching and pitched in to search as well, even one of the lifeguards lent a hand! After a while, the group came up empty handed. Thats when Genevieve reached out to The Ring Finders New Jersey for help. Usually I dont travel to Brigantine on Sundays as Northbound traffic can be horrendous but I could tell that Genevieve was upset and really needed some help. I took the ride up and met with the couple on 31st street beach. After a brief discussion I began searching the areas outlined by her husband. About 45 minutes later I had her ring in the scoop. Genevieve explained that the ring was so special as it contained diamonds from her grandmothers wedding ring and was very special to the couple! The entire beach was thrilled to see the ring! Another happy couple!

Genevieves review of service:

“Your service was wonderful: you were calm, professional and reassuring. Of course, you found my ring. So the service speaks for itself - but your customer service was really perfection !”
