Recently I was referred to Veronica by Fellow ring finder Ed Cropski about her Husband Cagney’s Lost Gold Necklace and Cross.

While they were at the beach enjoying the day with friends, Cagney was about 75ft into the surf when he was hit by a wave and his necklace came over his head and vanished. Once I spoke with Veronica I told her I would go out there for the late night low tide to see if I could help. Luckily the super moon made for lower than usual tides which would allow me to get out that far safely during the night. After about 2 hours of searching I was able to find it! Veronica was totally shocked when I sent her a photo! Her and Cagney were so happy! I love what I do!

I received a call from a woman asking if I could help find her husbands wedding ring in their garden? He had been working in the yard for the past few days and noticed that his gold wedding ring of 58 years was no longer on his finger and he was pretty upset about the loss. I drove up the following day meeting the couple on their lawn and we walked around to the backyard where there were multiple boxed in 10 x 20 gardens and large compost pile behind the garage. Although it was a nice backyard I felt it wasn’t going to be an easy hunt with all the growth and area size. I decided to use my White’s V3i metal detector with a small 4 x 6″ search coil to get in between the flowers and plants. He felt the most likely area was the compost pile so that’s where I started but after a half hours search I had no luck? Next we moved onto the garden boxes one at a time and still no luck. Finally I started searching the paths between the boxes and leading to the compost pile when I got a good hit from my detector. Looking down I brushed some weeds aside and there was is ring! It took a while and I could tell they were losing hope but when I said I found it, the smiles came right to there faces! Another happy customer! Another great day! Recovery #118

I received a call from a from a guy who while playing volleyball had lost his wedding ring and was hoping that I could find it as he had just gotten married last November and was pretty upset having to tell his wife he had lost his ring. He told me that as he jumped up and hit the ball that his friend had seen something fly out of his hand. Immediately he looked at his hand and realized that it was his ring. The good thing was that he knew the general direction that the ring had gone. He showed me the area on the side of the net where he was and was confident that it landed on that same side. After searching the area and still no ring I started wondering onto the other side and said he really doesn’t think it went that far but I continued to search there based on my own experience with recoveries. After about 10 more minutes I got a nice signal from my Whites V3i metal detector, looked down in the grass and there was the ring slightly hidden in the grass. I reached down and held it up in the air and said there it is! He was amazed that it had traveled so far and very happy to have it back on his hand before his wife found out Lol! Another happy customer! Another great day!
